American Idol Auditions Set For New Jersey

Are you or someone in your house the next American Idol?

The ABC singing competition is holding Zoom auditions for New Jersey on August 30, the show announced today.

Gone are the days of waiting all day at a football stadium for an open call, as the first virtual auditions will take place this summer with “Idol Across America”.

“Idol Across America” remote auditions will take place across all 50 states plus Washington, D.C., for the first time since the show’s inception, making auditions “easier than ever,” the show says.

 Idol hopefuls will have the chance to audition face-to-face in front of “American Idol” producers as the “Idol Across America” virtual tour stops in their home state.
