Smashing Pumpkins Release Two New Tracks
The wait for new music from Smashing Pumpkins is over.
The group just put out two songs–“Cyr” and “The Colour Of Love”–which are both slated to be included on the group’s next studio album.
Leader Billy Corgan said in a statement, “‘Cyr’ is dystopic folly. One soul against the world sort of stuff, set against a backdrop of shifting loyalties and sped up time. To me it stands as both hopeful and dismissive of what is and isn’t possible with faith.”
So far, there is no release date for the record–the follow up to 2018’s –Shiny And Oh So Bright, Vol. 1 / LP: No Past. No Future. No Sun.
