Ozzy Osbourne Tweets Allegiance to ‘Team Sharon’ on Instagram
Ozzy Osbourne is standing by his woman.
The Prince of Darkness tweeted his support of his wife, Sharon, after her controversial exit from the CBS Talk Show, The Talk.
He not only shared a photo of himself standing next to Sharon in his regular feed with the caption, “I can’t f***ing hear you!”, and the hashtag #TeamSharon,” but he reshared the post in his story blaring “My Sharona” (get it?) by The Knack.
Sharon has been embroiled in a tabloid battle against the show after the airing of a March 10 segment on The Talk when she demanded co-host Sheryl Underwood explain why British broadcaster Piers Morgan‘s comments regarding Duchess of Sussex Meghan Markle‘s interview with Oprah Winfrey were racist.
“I feel like I’m about to be put in an electric chair because I have a friend [Morgan] who many people think is a racist, so that makes me a racist,” Sharon said.
Several of her co-workers have called Sharon “toxic,” and accused her of homophobic and racists slurs.
CBS released a statement that reads: “Sharon’s behavior toward her co-hosts during the March 10 episode did not align with our values for a respectful workplace.”
