New Jersey Voted ‘Most Hated State’ in the United States
We’re number one!
In a recent survey, the great State of New Jersey came in first place with a most dubious title as THE most hated state in the United States.
How exactly did we get here? Lifestyle website Best Life, based their findings on a number of data, including U.S. Census Bureau statistics on population increases or decreases within each of the 50 states, conducted in 2018.
Results of a 2014 Gallup Poll that asked each state’s residents whether they believed theirs was the best place to live, or at least “one of the best” was also factored into the final tally. Instagram pollster Matt Shirley additionally asked users who the liked the least.
