Metallica’s James Hetfield Files for Divorce

Metallica front man James Hetfield and his wife, Francesca, have split up, according to TMZ.

Hetfield filed for divorce earlier this year in Colorado after 25 years of marriage, the site reports.

The couple wed in 1997. They have three children together, including son Castor, who plays in a band called Bastardane.

In other news, Metallica is teaming up with up with the Netflix sci-fi show to create a new line of apparel featuring the logo of the “Hellfire Club,” the Dungeons and Dragons group led by character, Eddie Munson, who famously played “Master of Puppets” this season. In July, the song made its first-ever appearance on the Billboard Hot 100 and the band made a Tik Tok video wearing “Hellfire Club” apparel.
