Billy Joel Announces 100th Show at Madison Square Garden

It’s the last call to see Billy Joel at his historic residency at Madison Square Garden in New York City, and March 28 will be a huge milestone with show number 100, he announced today.

The Piano Man announced last summer that he will conclude his historic run of shows with his 150th performance in July, 2024.

 “It is an honor to be here. I’m kinda flabbergasted that it did last as long as it did.” he told reporters, adding that his team wanted him to keep going.

“It’s ‘Alright, already!’” He also said that his is moving out of Long Island, but clarified “I’m not leaving New York: I’m just spending a little more time in Florida like old Jewish guys from New York do.”
