Ocean County Board of Tourism Set to ‘Unlock the Ocean’
The Ocean County Board of tourism is expecting the forthcoming Summer of 2024 at the Shore to be “record breaking,” according to officials, and will celebrate with a special event to usher in the season 10 a.m. May 22 at Philadelphia Avenue (Ocean Side), Lavallette.
Commissioner Frank Sadeghi, Liaison to Business Development & Tourism along with The Board of Commissioners, entertainment by the Lavallette Elementary School and a “special guest appearance” will be on hand to ceremonially “Unlock the Ocean” with a “large wooden Ocean County Key” which will be used to kick off the Tourism season.
