The Go-Go’s, Foo Fighters Among Nominees for The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame
The Go-Go’s, Foo Fighters, Iron Maiden and Todd Rundgren are among the 16 names in contention for entry into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, the Hall announced this morning.
Also up for nomination: Kate Bush, Devo, The New York Dolls, Rage Against The Machine, Carole King, Mary J. Blige, Tina Turner, Jay-Z, Chaka Khan, Fela Kuti, L.L. Cool J, and Dionne Warwick.
Although the Class of 2020 was inducted virtually due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the Hall is eyeing this May for a live induction ceremony of the Class of 2021 at the Hall in Cleveland, Ohio.
Fans will have an opportunity to participate in the induction process with the fan vote, which opens today and will close on April 30. To vote, visit rockhall.com.
