Rumson Actress Siobhan Fallon Hogan to Premiere New Film at Count Basie Cinemas

Rumson resident Siobhan Fallon Hogan-a stage and screen actress known for her work on “Saturday Night Live,” “Men in Black,” “Seinfeld,” and her film, “RUSHED”-will premiere her second film, “Shelter in Solitude,” with a red carpet event at Basie Center Cinemas in Red Bank Sept. 21, before it opens in theaters all over the United States in Regal and AMC Theaters on Thurs. Sept 28.

“Shelter in Solitude” is the story of a death row prisoner with just ten days left to live and his
unconventional relationship with a wannabe country singer.

The film is directed by Denmark’s Vibeke Muasya and stars Robert Patrick (Terminator, Yellowstone), Fallon Hogan, Peter Macon (Othello, Orville), Dan Castellaneta (Homer Simpson) and Peter Hogan (RUSHED). The film –produced by Peter Hogan and Fallon Hogan–includes music composed by Kyle Ward.

Fallon Hogan was inspired to write the film after her late father, attorney William Fallon of Syracuse, NY, told her many tragic stories about his imprisoned clients and the horrors of isolation.

The film won the Best Actress and Best Cinematography Awards at the 2023 Boston International Film Festival. Shelter In Solitude also opened Kevin Smith’s SModcastle Film Festival and NYC’s Craicfest Film Festival out of competition to sold out audiences.

The movie will screen at 5:30 p.m. Tickets to the event are available HERE.
