Record Store Day Events in New Jersey for Saturday, Including In-House Performance from a Replacements Legend

Record Store Day is this Saturday (April 20), and there are plenty of releases to satisfy the discerning vinyl record collector.

This Saturday, vinyl aficionados can snap up a Lou Reed tribute album, Neil Young’s new album, FU##IN’ UP, and two releases from The Rolling Stones.

For Beatles fans, there are several offerings, including: Ringo Starr’s new EP, Crooked Boy, and zoetrope picture disc pressings of two George Harrison albums.

Locally, Randy Now’s Man Cave in Hightstown will host a performance by Replacements guitarist Tommy Stinson, and in Long Branch, the new store, The Book House, will host a “Book and Film Globe Festival” hosted by the Rock and Roll Globe, now through Saturday. The store is located in Pier Village, Long Branch.
