Pat Benatar, Duran Duran, Eurythmics Set for Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Induction

It’s official: Pat Benatar is going into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

Benatar will finally be treated right in the performer category-along with fellow inductees Duran Duran, Eminem, Eurythmics, Dolly Parton, Lionel Richie and Carly Simon as part of the Class of 2022 for the 27th Annual Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony, which will take place on Saturday, November 5  at Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles, California.

Judas Priest will finally get their due in the Musical Excellence category along with famed producers Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis.

Jimmy Iovine–known for his work with Bruce Springsteen and Stevie Nicks–will be honored along with executive Sylvia Robinson and lawyer Allen Grubman with the Ahmet Ertegun Award. 

Harry Belafonte and Elizabeth Cotten will be honored as Early Influencers.

The Induction Ceremony will air at a later date on HBO and stream on HBO Max,
