New Series Starring Vince Vaughn Celebrates Music of Tom Petty

A new comedic television series shining a spotlight on the songs of Tom Petty, Bad Monkey, starring actor Vince Vaughn, will premiere on Apple TV+ on Wednesday, August 14.

The Bad Monkey soundtrack features Tom Petty’s songs recorded by other artists, including Pearl Jam’s Eddie Vedder who recorded a cover of “Room at the Top” with members of his band, The Earthlings.

The record also includes songs by Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit, The War On Drugs, Sharon Van Etten, Stephen Marley, Nathaniel Rateliff, Kurt Vile, Lissie, Larkin Poe, Weezer, Fitz and the Tantrums, Charlotte Lawrence and others.
