Metallica Makes $50K Donation Towards Haitian Earthquake Relief

Metallica is stepping up to assist earthquake victims in Haiti with a donation of $50,000 from the band’s All Within My Hands foundation charity foundation.

The funds will be used to help the 7.2 million affected by the August 14 quake. All Within My Hands has previously donated money to causes including COVID-19 relief and recovery efforts for disasters including the West Coast wildfires, and this year’s Texas winter storm.

In other news: The Metallica Blacklist -a tribute record featuring 53 bands–will be released September 10. Proceeds will benefit a charity of each contributing artist’s choosing, as well as All Within My Hands.
