Here is New Jersey’s Favorite Holiday Movie
It’s the holiday season, and what better way to spend it than on the couch with a mug of hot chocolate watching Christmas movies?
A recent poll has divulged that 62 percent of Americans will be spending their holidays exactly like that, but what movie is The Garden States’s Poinsettia pick?
The film most watched in New Jersey is: “Last Christmas,” based on the on the 1984 Wham! song and inspired by the music of George Michael.,
The MOST popular movie in nine states? “The Polar Express”, including Texas, Arizona, Georgia, and Ohio. “Home Alone”, “Elf”, and “The Christmas Chronicles” were beloved in seven states,. And “Last Christmas” is the big winner in six, including ours.
Here’s something weird: “A Christmas Story” only found love in West Virginia. And “It’s A Wonderful Life” was favored in Vermont (is there a Bedford Falls there?).
Montana picked “Trading Places” (“Merry New Year!”) and New York loved “Home Alone.”
