Aerosmith Tease Big Announcement on Social Media

Aerosmith is teasing fans with a countdown clock and a promise of a big announcement on May 1, according to the band’s social media.

Last week, guitarist Joe Perry teased fans in an interview with The Boston Globe revealing that the band will kick off a 40-plus-date U.S. tour in September that will stretch into 2024.

“I don’t know if I’m not supposed to announce it or not, but we are gonna announce the tour, and it’s gonna start in September and will go into next year,” he said. “And being one of the guys who votes on this kind of thing, it looks like we’re gonna do it.”

The announcement, according to socials, will be made at 10 a.m. EST.
