Ace of Base Documentary Airing on Viaplay

Swedish pop band Ace of Base, is now the subject of a three-part documentary airing on Viaplay.

Ace of Base: All That She Wants, chronicles the rise of the hitmakers through their chart successes with “The Sign” and “Don’t Turn Around,” utiling unseen home movie footage and new interviews with Jenny Berggren and Ulf Ekberg (siblings Jonas and Linn declined participation). –The docmumentary includes insights from their business team, music executives, artists–Clive Davis, as well as such celebrities as Wyclef Jean— and cultural critics.

“I think when you’ve been through so much and in such an intense way, you need quite some time to digest everything,” Ulf, 54, told People Magazine. “It has taken many, many years to digest different things. Of course, a little bit comes with age and maturity, to get a little distance. It was amazing to go through all the memories, and of course, we all have different memories. Some parts we don’t remember at all.”

Ace of Base: All That She Wants is now available to stream in full on Viaplay, a streaming service that hosts Nordic and European TV series and films. You can subscribe to Viaplay via Amazon here.
