Ringo Starr Cancels Asbury Park Show

Ringo Starrs’s upcoming show at the Paramount Theatre in Asbury Park has been cancelled.

The show–which was previously postponed due to the Covid-19 pandemic–was scheduled for May 31, 2022, but now has been scrapped. Refunds for the show will be given at the point of purchase.

Not to worry, you have other opportunities to see Ringo Starr and his All Starr Band. Limited seats remain at the Count Basie Center on June 10, 2022.

Plus, Ringo will be making a virtual appearance fifth at the annual edition of his brother-in-law Joe Walsh‘s Vets Aid charity concert, which will be held on December 18.  The show–which includes appearances by Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers keyboardist Benmont Tench , guitarist Waddy Wachtel, bassist Lee Sklar and drummer Russ Kunkel –will be streamed live from Walsh’s basement studio starting at 8 p.m. ET via the Veeps.com platform. Tickets for the event, and special VIP merch bundles, are available now at VetsAid.Veeps.com. All proceeds will benefit veterans services charities.
