Mötley Crüe and Def Leppard Stadium Show wins Top Tour at Pollstar Awards

If you went to see Mötley Crüe and Def Leppard‘s co-headlining Stadium Tour last summer, you saw the best show of 2022, according to Pollstar.

The trek took the top Award for Rock Tour of the Year with  Joan Jett & the Blackhearts, who were among the openers on the trek, winning best Support/Special Guest Act of the Year. Poison was also a part of that tour.

Mötley Crüe bassist Nikki Sixx and Def Leppard front man Joe Elliott accepted the award via a feed from Mexico.

Additionally, Foo Fighters front man Dave Grohl introduced his longtime manager John Silva, who received the Personal Manager of the Year award.

“Over the years we’ve had some incredible triumphs and some devastating crises, but the one thing that has kept us together over the years is love,” Grohl said of Silva.”I truly believe that [Silva and I] are like family.”
