Mick Jagger Drinks Undetected at Local Bar on Tour Stop

Rolling Stones front man quenched his thirst Wednesday night (Sept. 29) at a tour stop in North Carolina with a visit to a local bar.

Jagger, 78, shared a photo of himself enjoying a drink outside of Charlotte, North Carolina’s Thirsty Beaver Saloon surrounded by unsuspecting patrons.

“Out and about last night in Charlotte, NC,” he wrote on Twitter.

The Rolling Stones are set to perform tonight at Bank of America Stadium, North Carolina as part of the band’s ‘No Filter’ tour, their first without late drummer Charlie Watts.

“We decided, and when he was sick,” Jagger said in a recent interview. “Well, you’ve got to just carry on and do this tour, don’t stop because of me. So we did.”

In other news: the Stones released a second advance track from the upcoming expanded 40th anniversary reissue of the band’s hit 1981 album, Tattoo You: a cover of the 1970 Chi-Lites song “Troubles A’ Comin.
