Jersey Freeze Enters Will Smith, Chris Rock Feud

It didn’t take that long after Will Smith slapped Chris Rock at the 94th Annual Academy Awards on live television over his joke about wife, Jada, starring in the remake of “GI Jane,” for memes to explode across the internet.

To recap: Rock was presenting the Oscar for documentary feature and made a joke about Jada Pinkett Smith’s appearance. Pinkett Smith has alopecia, which causes hair loss, and shaved her head last year. Will Smith returned to his seat after slapping Rock and yelled, “Keep my wife’s name out of your f-ing mouth!”

Now, Freehold favorite Jersey Freeze has gotten into the act.

In a new meme shared on Jersey Freeze social, the ice cream shop is turning the feud into a debate over who has the best ice cream cake, with rock being slapped over purchasing a Carvel cake from Shop Rite.

Smith’s slap is re-imaged to defend Jersey Freeze’s honor.
