Elton John/Stevie Wonder Release Video of ‘Lockdown Sessions’ Duet

Elton John is giving fans another treat off of his number one album “The Lockdown Sessions.”

The Rocket Man is releasing a video of his collaboration with Stevie Wonder, “Finish Line,” today.

The video by director Zach Sekuler is presented through a montage of film footage and images of Elton and Wonder with varying through the decades depicting pivotal moments of life. Rising with birth, to a baby’s first steps, marriage, to the solace of retirement. The video is also interspersed clips highlighting recent events with the pandemic in everyday settings and the heroic work of front-line workers across the world.

Elton will also be releasing a limited edition lavender LP of The Complete Thom Bell Sessions as part of this year’s Record Store Day 2022. It’s six tracks mark the first time Elton recorded with legendary Philadelphia soul writer, arranger and producer Thom Bell.

Elton is set to perform this summer at MetLife Stadium on July 23.
