Bruce Springsteen Stops By Roberto’s Freehold Grill

Despite a late night in Philadelphia watching the Philadelphia Phillies take on the Houston Astros at Citizens Bank Park at the World Series in Philadelphia, Bruce Springsteen was up early this morning for a bite to eat at Roberto’s Freehold Grill on Main Street in Freehold.

Although it wasn’t sunny in Philadelphia following a no-hitter as the Phillies lost 5-0 to Houston, it was Sunny in Freehold as the musician stopped in for some breakfast and sign a magazine for owner, Chef Roberto Diaz. It is unclear if he tried the Pumpkin Bread French Toast, Pumpkin Pancakes or Pumpkin Cheesecake, made fresh at the diner located at 59 East Main Street in Freehold daily.

“He’s back! Thank you Bruce Springsteen for stopping by again. It is always an honor to have you with us.
