Vince Neil Announces New Motley Crue Music
Vince Neil spilled the tea on Twitter, revealing that Motley Crue is back in the studio working on new tunes.
Neil shared that the group is recording four new tracks.
This latest tweet comes a few weeks after a post on The Motley Crue Facebook page featured Lee,Nikki Sixx and producer Bob Rock together in the studio, surrounded by food, water bottles and gear with a caption that simply stated, “28th August 2018”.
Lee also uploaded a short clip of him playing drums (also below) writing “Boomz!!!!!!” A second photo in a slideshow post from Lee’s Instagram page shows another in-studio shot himself with Rock and Sixx, exclaiming “It’s that new s–t!!!!”
Since the Crue infamously called it quits after their last tour in 2015, Neil clarified that the contract signed was to never tour: but there is nothing inked preventing the four from recording.
Sixx confirmed that “You can trust us these are ball busters,” Sixx says of the new songs. “Everybody can relax. We’re soon gonna smack you upside the head with some killer new tracks.”
the new music is for the soundtrack for the forthcoming biopic, The Dirt.
Exciting news! I’ll be going back in recording studio in a few weeks with the boys to record 4 brand new Motley Crue tracks! Rock On!!
