Richie Sambora Spotted at Bon Jovi New Jersey Concert

Richie Sambora was in the house Sunday night at the Prudential Center for the final night of Bon Jovi’s two-night homecoming stand.

The guitarist–who left the band in 2013–will reunite with the guys onstage Saturday night (April 14) at The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony in Cleveland, Ohio. Sambora has been in rehearsals getting ready for the big night, and tells Billboard everything is going well.

“It feels great to see everybody. We already rehearsed and it was wonderful, it wasn’t awkward. The chemistry came back very quickly; it’s matrixed into our muscle memory at this point,” he said.  “If you’re on the road performing and touring for 30 years, [the Rock Hall ceremony] is just another cycle — and it’s a good one, so here we go.”

Sambora is set to release his new record with musical soulmate and girlfriend Orianthi, Radio Free America, on May 11.

The highlights from the Hall of Fame ceremony will air May 5 on HBO.

The Cars, Dire Straits, and The Moody Blues are among the nominees for the 2018 class.
