Phil Collins’ comeback tour suffered a setback today after the 66-year old singer fell and hit his head, according to a statement.
“He rose in the middle of the night to go to the toilet and and slipped in his hotel room, hitting his head in the the fall on a chair,” said a post on his Facebook page.
Collins suffers from drop foot, a complication after his back surgery. His injury from the fall includes a gash on his head that needs to be stitched.
As a result, today and tomorrow’s (June 9) performances at the Royal Albert Hall in London will be rescheduled to Nov. 26 and 26. He is expected to resume his “Not Dead Yet” tour this Sunday (June 11) in Cologne, Germany and conclude the tour June 30 in Hyde Park.
