Paul McCartney to Grace GQ Cover

Sir Paul McCartney is GQ Magazine’s cover boy for the month of October.

The dapper Beatle icon shared a photo from the publication’s cover shoot, as well as a link to the interview, where he reveals stories about the band’s early days, John Lennon’s fascination with Winston Churchill showing up in odd ways,  and stories behind the songs on his new record, Egypt Station.  The 76-year old also revealed that even after playing “A Hard Days Night” hundreds of times, he still can’t figure out the chord changes—-including the opening one.

“Nobody knows what that chord is,” McCartney said. “It’s a mystical chord.”
