Bruce Springsteen Releasing MetLife Stadium Birthday Show on CD (Video)

Bruce Springsteen will release the Sept. 22, 2012 show at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford as part of his series of live release CDs.

The show—which was began the night before his 63rd birthday–was delayed by rain, prompting Springsteen to celebrate his big day with over 50,000 of his closest friends.

“I think I just invited 55,000 people to my birthday party,” he joked as he took the stage at 10:30 p.m. and played his first song, “Out in the Street.”
