Get ready for two big New Jersey Bon Jovi shows this April! One month before Bon Jovi will be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland, Ohio, the band is going back on the road for the spring leg of the This House is Not For Sale tour. The spring trek kicks off March 14 at the Pepsi Center in Denver, Colorado, and will land in New Jersey April 7 and 8 with additional area shows at Madison Square Garden (May 9 and 10), Allentown, Pa (May 2) and Philadelphia (May 3).
The Grammy-winning band is re-releasing the 2016 album, This House is Not For Sale, on Feb. 23 as a “new version,” including two brand new tracks, “When We Were Us,” and “Walls,” available via downlaod and streaming partners.
“In light of this crazy world in which we live, it has taken me a year to process some of it and be able to write it into lyrics,” front man Jon Bon Jovi told Variety of “Walls,” which reflects what is going on in the country.
The other, “When We Were Us,” is the more personal story of the band. “One is from column A and one from column B, just to get the new material out, let it be a little more diverse and be two tracks worth,” he says.
The This House is Not for Sale tour has already earned $47 million on the 2017 North American leg of the tour and $40 million on the South American leg of the tour.
Bon Jovi will be inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in April 2018.
